DroneShield Swiss Police Deploy DroneGun at 2017 World Economic Forum

DroneShield Ltd (ASX:DRO) ("DroneShield" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its DroneGun product was utilised by Police cantonal Graubünden, a Swiss police agency, for the provision of security to the 47th 2017 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting ("WEF") held in Davos, Switzerland on 17-20 January 2017. 
- DroneShield's DroneGun was used by Police cantonal Graubünden (a Swiss police agency) during the 2017 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. 
- World Economic Forum requires highest levels of security due to it being a pre-eminent annual gathering of world's political and economic leaders. 
- DroneGun was selected following a detailed evaluation process. 

It has been reported that WEF was attended by approximately 3,000 participants, including political leaders, central bankers, CEOs, executives from approximately 1,000 global companies, and celebrities. Attendees included President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China, and the United States Vice-President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry.Because of the concentration of global political, economic and cultural leaders at WEF, it is one of the most protected events in the world. The DroneGun product was used by Police cantonal Graubünden, providing protection for the attendees and the civil population in Davos. DroneGun was selected as part of a rigorous testing process, where the customer was looking for a non-destructive yet highly effective solution for the protection of the security and privacy of the high profile delegates. 

Event security is a key market for the Company, following up on success in the last two years, and continuing in 2017, providing drone security for the annual Boston Marathon event.
